The stepper motor (such as 130BC3100) should be equipped with a stepper motor driver and a dedicated stepper motor controller (such as YXD-2) to centralize various electrical buttons. This allows for easy setting of bag making length and other operational items on the control panel using a dialer. Such as machine stop, discharge amount (discharge contact), color coded photoelectric probe switch, machine main switch, welding knife temperature, counter, etc.
The main motor drives the main shaft of the transmission part to rotate, and there is a special cam (optical disc) on the main shaft that can provide signals such as starting and stopping the stepper motor. The machine works in coordination with various set requirements while completing bag making actions such as sealing, cutting, conveying, and color matching.
The production speed of this bag making machine can reach 140-150 times/minute, with a bag length of ≤ 1000mm and a small bag length error of about 0.5-1mm, which is much more efficient than ordinary photoelectric controlled bag making machines.
